[Ogre] Counter Scans

There's a great wargame database with counter scans at:

http://www.isimulacrum.com/Scans.php

But SJ Games is pretty careful about protecting their IP, so you'll 
never find there counters there.

When I made giant wood counters for the convention set I scanned the 
artwork from the rulebooks and then added the numbers in a computer 
font. Adds some work, but its small in proportion to the overall 
project, and gave great results.
