That would be the OGRE, and its designers, chortling, as BPC armor
is pretty-much laser-proof. IIRC, lasers in _O_ are almost worthless
against armored targets (Attack 2).

It could be worse -- _Car Wars_ military-grade armor reduced laser
by to 1/10 of the roll....
