[Ogre] ogre mechanics

I still stick by my original thoughts about mechanics not having that much problem approaching one of their own Ogres. And here's a couple more reasons. Although an Ogre is powerful, it's not omnipotent or immortal. At the end of a real battle/scenario where it isn't destroyed it will have to be repaired and replenished. Since it's virtually sentient, it knows it needs help to continue its existance. Even Satan has its demons to help out.

Maybe by the time the Mk X or XX range is reached and they become self-sufficient and self-repairing (immortal Ogres - now that's scary) they can do without help, but the puny Mk V and such will still need to allow humans to help out with an oil change or missile refit.

Laumer's Bolo series goes into much more detail about an Ogre/Bolo's feelings. While I'll agree a Bolo is probably less imposing than a Ogre, they both still need to have somewhat the same feelings of loyalty to do their mission.
