I don't know about that. The story of a certain GEV pilot and a Ninja comes 
to mind.

I think it's more a difference of timeframe - a Combine ogre post-descartes 
would be more likely to "care" about canned meat fixing it than a Factory 
States (semi-?) independent ogre would.
