OK, first of all, I want it understood right away that I'm *NOT*
annoyed or irritated with you -- this is based solely on a "game
balance" argument.

That said:

Umm, even a profesional Munchkin like me cannot find *any*
way to justify having a weapon that completely changes its attack
and range solely on the basis of *one* target type. There's not
another weapon in the game that does this; for that matter, there's
no precedent for it even in the _OB_s. And I can't imagine a CM-
using player who'd stand for having one of these out on the map.

Here -- I ran this past the Armor/INF Calculator, and it comes out to
1 AU. I envision it as a Hovertruck, with a portee-mount (or 2085
equivalent thereof) GEV cannon in the cargo bed:

At.: 2; Rn.: 6; De.: 1; Mv.: 3/2; Md.: GEV; 6 VP; Intro ~2065.
(Alternate version: At. 1; Rn.: 8; Mv.: 4/3.)

This design is a bit more plausible, and it follows established con-
tinuity. It's more-or-less safe from shockwave attacks, has a reason-
able hope of hitting (there's no way to crowbar a At 3 onto a 6 VP
GEV), and in a pinch can serve as a anti-GEV gun (think in terms of
what the German 88mm FlAK turned into...).
