[Ogre] The Heavy GEV

Background: Whenever one branch of the military gets a New Toy
that works, other branches invariably want in. Development of the
Superheavy Tank got hover-jocks severely irritated -- where was
the hover version of this Unstoppable Death Machine?
Soon enough, Paneuropean GEV designers created this design. The
unti was designed around the main gun off of a Heavy Tank; huge-
ly overpowered engines were attached, and eveything else went to
armor and deception gear. When first deployed against invading
Combine forces during the Ceasefire Years, even the GEV pilots
allowed as how "this thing may be overdoing it a bit". This did not
prevent Combine and Nihon developing their own versions, how-
ever.
Since the Crash, few of these have been seen; most of those serve
as "heavy cavalry" for Factory States forces.
