Question: What was the first Ogre to mount a missile rack.
And the nominees are:
Oni, Y2074 GURPS OGRE page 96.
Golem, Y2075 GURPS OGRE page 96.
Ninja, Y2080 GURPS OGRE page 96.
Fencer, Y2084 GURPS OGRE page 96.
Mark IV, Y2086 GURPS OGRE page 98.
Clear enough?
But Ogre Minis page 10 says "the Fencer also had the first operational
missile racks."
And yet the Nina is listed with a missile rack on page 11 and it's year of
introduction is 2080 by page 51.
My fix is to replace each missile rack on the Oni and Golem with a pair of
missile batteries (3/4 not doubled in overruns, D2, 6 shots each) and delay
the Ninja to 2090 or at least 2087 so that they're all self aware.

PS: Anybody gotten Evil Stevie to publicly admit to a new point value for
the Dopp yet? ;-)
