I've never seen an OGRE "delete" a squadron of anything in one
turn with its alpha strike, either while playing the OGRE, or playing
against it. The worst I've seen is three HVY lost to six missiles
(two Xs, two Ds, two misses).

Hmm -- according to the flavor text, most of the Last War occurs in
Europe. I wonder: Could the maps from Columbia Games's (or
whomever's) WW2 "blocks of war" series be adapted for use as a
"strategic map" for _O_?

(Nevermind.)
Used to -- when I figured that a military career was an option for
me (bad genetics and the collpase of Communism ended that idea).
I use "Mouse-" as the opener so folks will know I'm talking about
an American outfit. (Tho' now I'm having some warped notions
about Disneyland Germany....)

Never doubted it -- at the moment, there are more pressing issues
('05 Worldcon, Disneyland's 50th, etc.).

If I ever get around to remaking my "archaic armor" counters, I
wonder which tank silhouette I should use. Blasted Western tanks
all look alike.

Never seen a reason to not allow this -- tho' allowing INF to mount
and dismount in the same turn is a Bad Idea [TM].

Dude -- I'm *still* regretting suggesting combining _Car Wars
Tanks_ with Godzilla.... :)

I took it as a general challenge, not a personal affront.

I just provide fuel -- someone else brings the fire. :)
