Sounds like a device for the "suicide" OGRE from _OBv2_.

I'm not sure how losing the UK could affect Combine LOS, unless
Spain and Portugal's coasts were totally uninhabitable (which isn't
supposed to be possible with the nukes they're using...).

Isn't this already covered as part of the whole "spoofing methods
up to and including the human eye" which I recall reading some-
where? (I could be confused about this.)
