There isn't one.
The only limit on adding turrets in G3e Vehicles was that the total volume
of added turrets cannot exceed the volume of the base hull.
I just wanted to have something that kept munchkins from building M1 Ogres
with a dozen missile racks.
I suppose that keeping missile racks from launching missiles that were
allocated to other missile racks would curb this.
