[Ogre] 3 or 4 player ogre

Has anyone found a fun way to play 3 or 4 player Ogre?

We are looking at  for 3 player:

2 ogres, 1 defender.
3 ogres
3 ogres and players have minor defense for flags

for 4 player:

2 ogres, two defenders
4 ogres

Any suggestions would be appreciated...
