Hi Erick,
I don't know if any one ever answered your question about the scale of Ogre miniatures. The are 1/285th scale. That is 1 inch equals 285 inches. That is for size. Further, it is recommended in the Ogre Miniatures rules that you make the ground scale 1/30,000. This makes one inch equal to about 750 meters (about 820 yards or 2,460 feet, a half of a mile). So two inches equals one mile.
If you are asking about time scale, again the Ogre Minis rules states that one turn equals about four minutes of real time. I hope this helps. If you have any other questions please feel free to e-mail me.
