[Ogre] 2. Center Point or not?

Some of the problems we had in our first game had to do with  
measuring and the question if to measure from center point or if the  
whole miniature counts.

Is it really always the same if you measure move from the front of  
the miniature or from the center point?

Why does the miniature count in spillover fire and not only the  
center point?
Since the miniatures are more than 100 times as big as the terrain  
they move several miles in one turn. So it doesn't matter which way  
they point. But when calculating spillover fire it suddenly is  
important.

We had a hulk lying near a stream. A GEV could move between both so  
that it was touching the hulk as well as the stream. The GEV wanted  
to have the defence bonus as well as the possibility to cross the  
stream on its next movement phase.
