I made the program freely available at

It is still little bit ackward, but I already made some headway
of streamlining it. Inspired by your interest :)

Hopefully, I can make it useful to others.

Everything, except the hex type, is generated by the program. The latter
picture, the one that has trees, is a completely random. There  is no
input to it.


Oh.. If someone wishes to organize - maybe someone could think of an
_easy to use_ format for ogre maps. Something that is _human readable_
_easy to edit_ without lot of software, postable to mailing lists and
enough machine readable to convert it to povray input and for formats of
other map making software. It would be nice to be able to exchange maps
for different scenarios easily.
