Sounds good! Maybe you could specify a "palette" of terrain, so that each scenario doesn't reqiure vastly different construction to run. I'm thinking something like: woods circles 5" diameter city blocks 2"x2" square hill circles 3/4" high x 5" diameter (3/4" is the default thickness of boards at Home Depot etc) etcetera
