I'm thinking of a budget in dollars of available WH23 minis.

I'll post the rules for the contest this Saturday with a due date 123 days
later, just to have a nice round number.  ;-)

I've got a shrinkwrapped mini-box OGRE/GEV boardgame and some copies of
the OGRE Minis book for prizes.

I'll ask for a release to bundle all mininmally aceptable entries into a
PDF that I'll first try to submit as a free download for e23 and then host
myself If I gotta.
