Not true; it's just LIC now, and my money is on highly trained career 
professional special forces soldiers over partially trained guerillas and terrorists 
(what's the difference? Guerillas kill soldiers -- terrorists kill unarmed 
civilians...) unless they've been handcuffed by politicians...
