That's the first thing I thought of too, but it amounts to adding
reaction fire to Ogre's lean-n-mean turn sequence. I'm not a big fan of
that. I think +4 range to target flying grunts, and no terrain bonii,
should pretty much seal their fate. Ogre APs with range 5? GEVs and
HVY with range 6? Even lowly infantry can hit them at range 5. Thats a
death sentance if the enemy has any reserves whatsoever.
