[Ogre] The pesky ground pounders

I play the overruns the same way and everybody I have ever met does
too - doesn't mean we're right though...  :-)

And GEV 6.081 states that the owning player of stacked infantry
determines hoe they are grouped when attacked in regular combat or
spillover fire.
