Who wouldn't be its enemy? A rouge factory AI with a decent drone
workforce is essentially a superior life form to both Ogres and
humans. It competes with the humans for much the same natural
resources, and could concievably emit some nasty (to humans) poisons
just as a by-product of it being a super-high-tech factory. For Ogres
its the only source of missile reloads, and likely the only
concentration of firepower and willpower to conduct a sustained
Ogre-hunt in the wilderness. (I envision FS-era Ogres kinda like
Smaug in The Hobbit - badass but strategically static for logistical
reasons).

Most frighening of all is the inhumanity of a Factory AI. It doesn't
need people. It may not even like people. It doesn't need the other
Factory States. In fact, if all these overly fancy pondscum would
stop fighting among themselves and burning the last of the precious
fuel in the process, the FS AI might be able to throw together a heavy
lift booster, get out to the asteroid belt, and set up shop away from
all the dangerous idiots with suitcase nukes.
