Lovely -- a six-sided counter ("fully loaded", "one missile fired",
and two missiles fired", plus Disabled versions of above).

I wouldn't know -- my OGREs never get past the massed HVY tanks.

"Breakthrough" has been broken ever since _The OGRE Book_
was published -- there are only three paths off the map for the
soap bubbles, and the starting force seals off all of them neatly.
Not to mention the time scale -- the only path which the GEVs can
take to come anywhere near a Decisive Victory is the river route;
and that's a minimum of three turns, plus however long it takes to
bludgeon the tracks out of the way (and by that point, the GEVs are
mired in Overrun, and die horribly at the hands of masses INF).

It almost explains why the Last War went the way it did. :)
