Um, _The OGRE Book_ (either volume) has an article on how to
defeat this: In simple terms, use the first move to get into firing
range, then use the second move to scatter to the four winds.
The SHVY (or OGRE) then has to choose which one unit to go
after, leaving the others free to go on about their business. (Ter-
rain will cause this to vary -- in stream-heavy areas, the soap
bubbles die horribly; in open terrain, the SHVY is in trouble.)

Also, if the LGEVs can manage a D result on a given turn, it ef-
fectively doubles their chances to kill the SHVY next turn.
