[KC] Descriptive subject lines

By "please use descriptive Subject lines", I mean that your subject
line should indicate which card(s), circumstance(s), and/or piece(s)
your email is about.  "rules", "Rules", "question", and "help", for
examples, are not useful, especially when one wants to find a previous
thread.

If you're asking unrelated questions, consider asking them in separate
emails.
