Can you play resurrection to bring back a transformed piece (i.e. Paladin) if it is the turn after it is captured?

If I play confabulation and then coup, don't i have to designate one of the pieces to be the "actual king" in case my opponent removes the confabulation?

Can you make a Paladin Royal Knight which can move 2 squares in any combination of directions, 1 square and then 1 jump (or vice versa) or make 2 jumps?

Are you able to make a Paladin Champion?

Are you able to make a Champion Royal Knight?

Can you play Coup on a Royal Knight and it will move as a Royal Knight? What about on a Royal Knight Paladin and it will move as a Royal Knight Paladin?
