[INWO-list] Where to find the the 11 Illuminati arrow cards?

Does anyone know where to get the 11 Illuminati cards or if there is a starter kit
that includes all of those cards? I was fortunate to find what is probably the entire set of the
INWO but its missing those 11 cards.

I am big fan of SJ Games been playing them since the days they came in
little cardboard boxes, Car Wars, stuff like that.
