It's been a while.. what's the fee? Illuminati token? I didn't remember
that there even was a fee.

So the duplicate group or anything below them in the tree? Is this at no
cost, played like a plot? Is it cancellable itself? Seems rather powerful.
I'd think it would make for a nearly invincible Thule deck.
Or maybe both players just fill their entire plot deck with Illuminati and
then the game ends up being a slugfest when they run out of plots.
Hmmm, throw in a few big sell-outs for the useless ones.
