Hi Keith,
wow it's been a while :)

>The best way to replace SubGenius it simply print a
>new set.
I fear that will never happen.
I mean, a new set was fully playtested several years ago, it just never got
printed.

>If people don't like SubGenius they won't
>play the cards anymore. But I bet if the cards are
>good ones for the deck idea then they still will.
I my group, the other players won't even bother to look at the new cards.
Which ofcourse means that I need to explain the abilities of every SubG card
that I play.

>I know this isn't exactly the direction of this
>thread, but I would love to see this turned
>productively in the direction of a new set being made.

As I said, the problem with that direction is that a set _is_ ready for
release. It just won't ever happen. It seems like there is no need to design
_another_ deck.

>P.S.: Martin, if you ever arrange another online game
>again please email me as I haven't had a chance to
>play online since we played two years ago.

Hey - I'll keep that in mind :)
With the Deckathon final coming up real soon, it just might happen :)

Cheers
Martin
