[INWO-list] Comeback Quiz: Solution 4-6

Hi all,
this is the second batch of solutions to the comeback quiz. This time we're 
looking at seppuku.
Basically, you need 8 groups (for example: control 5, destroy 3) to complete 
a seppuku goal, which means that you have to get a discount to make this 
viable.

4. Right Wing - Left Wing.
The easiest discount is simply to use Fred Birch Society and/or Triliberal 
commission, both of which count as 2 groups towards your x/y goal.

Plots: Power to the People, Truck Bomb, Bribery.
Groups: Semiconscious Liberation Army, International Weather Org., 
Feminists, EFF, Girlie Magazines.

Use bavarias free privilege to have Girlie Mags control the Triliberal 
Commission. With the feminists +3 bonus and token, thats a 10 or less. You 
now have 6 liberals.
Have the Semicons Truck Bomb the Fred Birch Society. With 2 opposing 
alignments and their destroy bonus thats also 10 or less. Boooom. Thats 2 
conservatives destroyed!
You've won with Power to the People - and you've even got a Bribery to 
manage 1 failed roll.

5. Moonbase Blow-Up.
Another way to get a 1 group discount is to destroy 6 groups, in which case 
you only need to control 1 - not 2 - to win.

Plots: Privileged Attack, Let Them Eat Cake, Meteor Strike.
Groups: Prince Charles, Ollie North, Dan Quale, Ross Perot, Phone Phreaks.

Bavaria uses the Privileged Attack with the Phone Phreaks bonus to take 
Moonbase on a 10.
Ross moves Moonbase to be his puppet.
Ollie uses Bavarias free privilege to take Ronald Reagan on a 10.
Link all personalities to the Moonbase, then destroy it with Meteor Strike 
on an 8 or less.
When it blows, you've destroyed the conservative moonbase and 5 conservative 
personalities.
Victory!

6. CoV Seppuku.
The x/y goal Science Can Not Remove the Terror of the Gods actually has a 
built in 1-group discount - so capitalize on this by using Church of 
Violentology to destroy your own groups.

Plots: Apathy, SCNRtTotG, Censorship.
Groups: Church of Violentology, False Prophets, Church of Elvis, Dinosaur 
Park and General Disaster.

False Prophets use Censorship to take TV Preachers on a 10 or less.
Church of Violentology use bavarias free privilege to control the SubGenius 
FisTemples, with the aid of Bavaria and Church of Elvis on a 10 or less. You 
now have 5 churches.
Play Apathy, and then have Dino Parks and the General each attack the church 
of Violentology.
Neither has enough power to succeed, and no-one may aid their attack, so no 
matter what, the attack will fail, destroying the attackers.
You've won with Science Can Not Remove the Terror of the Gods.


There is one more seppuku option out there, but it is so good that it 
doesn't even rely on you passing any rolls. More about that later.
