[INWO-list] cup question: what would you do?

Hi all,
the deckathon is drawing to a close.
Out of the 84 decks, 8 have gone through to the semi finals.
This means that we will need a "filler" or "lucky loser", so that we have 3 
3-player games. 2 player games simple aren't _real_ INWO.

So, my question is: Where should I find that last deck?
*A random deck among the 58 that got knocked out in the first round.
*A random deck from the 18 that got knocked out in the second round.
*A random deck from the 4 that will be knocked out in the first 2 semifinal 
games.
*A deck that got added so late that it hasn't been used in the competition 
at all?
