Hi Kevin (& Kevin),

OK, maybe not 40 cards, but certainly more than 6.
IMO, paralyzes for violent and conservative are always good bets. (Think NPC
and Clone Arr.)
But if you don't play peaceful and violent then they won't be much good.
9UM will help you here.
Freezes can do cool stuff, but IMO it was a bad design decision to have them
powered by the same attribute that they can freeze. Play with only one such
group, and you may not be able to power your freeze. Play with 2 or more,
and you'll end up freezing yourself. (Not to mention that if someone steals
your plot, it can hurt you too).
9UM can help there too.
It will make school prayer really interesting!
The alignment zaps are harder to play, admittedly. At least they won't be as
expensive now. I mean, using a plot and an illuminati token to have your
opponent spend his illuminati token isn't the best deal in the world.
Playing any zap with 9UM makes it a lot more interesting.
And you can design a lot of interesting decks around the
non-alignment-zapping zaps.
MWOWM can help retrieve your zaps.
And NPCs can prevent rivals from removing them.
The zaps that block group draws or expose plots suddenly become a bit more
interesting - and sorry wrong number downright devastating. IMO.
Plenty of options for both trickery and power.
Cheers
Martin
