[INWO-list] Where did the DOTW go?

Things must have happened when I changed providers.  Not to fear; I have
local copies of everything and will try to fix the problem ASAP.

Hi all - especially Scott.
When trying to access the DotW archive, or indeed any of your INWO sites, 
all I get is either "page can not be found" or "you are not authorized".
What happenede?
Can it be fixed?
