Hi Steve,
thanks for the interest.
It is well worth noting that "useless" was not intended to mean "coaster".
The useless cards may look interesting, even unique, but they just never 
seem to make the cut into any finished decks. They're almost good enough. 
But nobody can be bothered with them.

IMO, since Elvis isn't peaceful, Shangri-La can't be bothered with this

In theory. AFAIK, I've never seen it played.
One might argue that Bank of England turns it into a coaster.
