[INWO-list] Rules Question: NHGH

Just a quick one concerning NHGH.
If somebody plays him as a plot in a game of standard INWO, and that plot is 
cancelled, where does the NHGH plot go?
Does it go to the hand of the targetted rival (as the NHGH card implies) or 
to the discard pile (as the canceller plots imply)?
