[INWO-list] Comeback Quiz - refined

Hi all,
prompted by Björne I've clarified the quiz rules. Here goes:

You are playing Bavaria in a 4 player game - and the game has been brutal.
The player after you will clearly win, so you must win on this (your) turn.
You've just finished placing tokens, and you've got Bavaria + just 5 groups 
with a printed power of 1 or 2 each in play.
No resources, linked plots or NWOs are in play.
You've got 3 plots on hand, and your deck has been depleted. But you've got 
plenty of group cards.

Your rivals can not prevent your plot plays, but other than that they've got 
plenty of tokens, so any attack has to be privileged in order to succeed. 
Attacking a rival is not going to succeed.

If your solution requires dice rolling, then your _total_ chance of 
succeeding in all your rolls should be 50% or better.

I know at least 5 different solutions. Have a go at it :)
