  Yes; Hermes is an Illuminati, so its attacks and abilities are not blocked by Secrecy.

  I'm not sure I understand this part of the question -- if you mean what if Junk Mail (in the Adepts' Power Structure) attacks a Secret Group, then, yes, they get the +6 (IIRC, the Adepts' bonus is "any attempt").
