Yes and no. We are not privy to the business decisions that are made at
SJ Games; however, we can extrapolate out from the publically shared
economic problems (Google on your own, or look through Illuminators)
occurring after the announcement, that efforts to complete and market
an admittedly marginal product would not have been a good use of
resources.

That said, there are a few folks still walking around with playtest
sets, and can use said cards on request (hint hint). That, coupled with
another round of Deluxe INWOs hitting the marketplace Real Soon Now,
should suggest that INWO is not abandonware yet, meaning that the
expansion still may see light. Best way to ensure that is to keep playing....
