[INWO-list] German Errata?

It's been a long time since I saw places surviving long enough that the
player who planned this actually came through with his idea. Fear the Kudzu!
 A big problem is that you can't bring all your groups into play in the
order you draw them - you first have to destroy New York before you can
control Frankfurt, then you'll have to be the first to destroy Frankfurt and
so on.
So that plan requires control of your groups pile, and some Near Misses for
your rivals, I guess.
But hey, if it works it's great!
