Hi Aaron,
perhaps http://home.worldonline.dk/nyskes/13th/German.htm from the 13th
Circle helps a bit.
You have already checked
http://www.sjgames.com/inwo/rules/germanenglish.html , right?
Below how we played it over here in Germany on tournaments (German-language
tournaments):
All English and German equivalents may be played (for example New York and
Frankfurt), but may never be in the same power structure. If a card has an
English-language equivalent, the english text rules. Bill C. isn't an agent
of Helmut Kohl or vice versa.
Fred Birch Society and Burschenschaften are agents - they may only be in
play once. If you control the Burschenschaften no one my control the FBS any
more.
The Showmaster should be media, according to the German INWO Box errata.
And the Topmodell says +4 on the card. May be it's a mistake on the SJG
site.
If you play with Helmut Kohl only German organizations, places and
personalities count for his ability.
