(The circumstances that would lead to Lilith willingly bearing
children would be fascinating to contemplate.)

Who said it was willing...

If the first garden of Eden was without the knowledge of good and evil,
but with the standard set of desires for reproduction, then the idea of Adam
having knowledge of Lilith (yes, they are both 10 strength, but Adam did
better on the attack rolls than Lilith did on defense rolls) is entirely
reasonable. Hurt, she leaves, and gains the Knowledge of good and evil when she
leaves. While she does bear the *one* child, it leaves her so torn she
refuses to do it again and thus all later children come from her celestial
form... Just for completeness to the story of Genesis (yeah, I know definitely
non-canon in IN), the child is a girl who marries Cain.
