Offhand, ideas:

The Game -- Life is but a Game there, and the house rigs the odds.

Fate -- How many dreams ruined there?

The Media -- Lights! Camera! Glitz!  It's where old Media stars can go to die...

Gluttony -- You think those free buffets haven't inspired at least one or two acts of impressive overconsumption?  (For that matter, those shopping malls?)

Fire -- The MGM Grand Fire in 1980 was a pretty horrific fire.  If it wasn't caused by Celestial activity, perhaps it too has a 

Theft -- A fool and his money...

And yet, even in the heart of the City of Sin, it's possible there's Tethers to Heaven -- though likely they may be in the city proper, not on The Strip.  Perhaps Lightning at Hoover Dam, not that far away -- or even Nellis AFB; the Las Vegas Sun could host a tiny, weary, minor Tether to Revelation...

Depending on your Contrast and Brightness Levels, one might argue the Organized Crime Families and their influence could well have produced some Tether to Stone.  Certainly I would not be surprised to see the Angel of Cities here just as much as any other city...
