There is a simple chart on page 38 of the expanded Lilith writeup PDF (via e23), which features Need Level/Equivalent Need/Duration/Task as well as an extended writeup of Geas mechanics. Maybe that's what you're thinking of? I went through all the books and that's the closest I found for what your asking.
