"Cases"? I usually don't have more than five Essence for more than ten
minutes at a time.

(Neil in particular ran on three settings -- 0, 2, and "hey, watch
this". More careful characters might husband themselves better, but
more careful characters on Earth duty won't get much over three
either, for exactly this reason.)
