I'm not sure if this is an erratum or if the intent is as written.

The Bound discord, Core Rules pg 87:

"...[a celestial] must subtract his level of this Discord whenever he 
makes a Will roll to assume his celestial form, and he can't ascend to the 
celestial plane at all."

Shedim and Kyriotates can leave a host at will, without a will roll. 
(Implied in both Core rule descriptions, made explicit in the FAQ for

Since there's no will roll to penalize, Bound only prohibits a Shedite or 
Kyriotate from ascending.

Is this really the intent?  Or should it be interpreted as adding a will 
roll, making it more difficult for body-hoppers to keep hopping?
