IN> When were they created?

I'm looking at the Game Master' s Guide and trying to get a sense of
when some of the Archangels and Demon Princes were created. Many of
them are given relatively definite periods of creation, but we're
missing a couple:

Marc and Novalis are Worded before Eden, but no indication is given of
the time of their creation. Novalis is suggested in the Liber
Canticorum to have been one of those angels who knew and used the
Corporeal Song of Life, which stopped working after "the Earth was
finished." Of course, when the Earth was finished, or even if it is
now, probably depends on which Archangel you ask. For reference,
Jordi, a close ally of Novalis', was created about 100 million B.C.,
plants distinguished themselves from algae around 500 million B.C., and
the first flowering plants appeared about 125 million B.C. We know for
certain that Marc was Worded in 25,000 B.C. and Novalis was the Worded
Angel of Flowers by 23,000 B.C.

The major Demon Princes we're good on, except for those who are
deliberate mysteries like Kronos and Valefor. It's interesting to note
that Malphas predates Jordi as possibly the first Kyriotate. The ones
we know least about are mostly dead, like Mariel, Makatiel, and
Gebbeleth.

Any angel created during the early "???" period could have been created
directly by God, but it's possible that the "lesser beings" created
after Yves, Metatron, Michael, and the other First were created by
them. Have we any word on the "parentage" of such angels, or is it
open? Malphas could be Davidian or Baalite, and Belial is explicitly
Gabrielite, but others are rather wide open. For example, it could
stand to reason that Beleth and Blandine were "sisters," even if it
does get rather Greek-mythologically incestuous... they might also have
been a coordinated project of, say, Gabriel (fire is to be feared) and
Baal (fear is to faced valorously). Depending on what's open, I have a
few ideas for a "family tree" I could toss out.
