IN> Jean Month: Expanded Servitor Attunements

  Take two of an earlier post, just so I can participate in the month's theme.

EMP
  Jean was the first Archangel to discover the tactical uses of electromagnetic pulses.  An angel with this ability can disable all electronic or electrically powered devices, including pseudo-technological Artifacts, within (Essence spent x Corporeal Forces) yards.  Any device within the effect radius must succeed on a roll with a TN of (device’s Artifact level + 2; mundane items are treated as level 0 Artifacts for this purpose) to continue functioning.  An item that is multiple types of Artifact (i.e. a Relic that is also a Talisman) uses the highest level rather than the combined levels to determine the TN of its resistance roll.  The TN for resistance is +3 if the item is hardened against EMP and +1 if it is currently turned off.

God’s Toolbox
  The angel can summon his choice of handheld tool to his hand.  This costs 1 Essence for hand tools or 2 Essence for power tools (the angel is on his own in regard to powering them).  The tool is not created from nothing; it comes from among tools that are lost or stolen somewhere in the world.  The tool remains with the angel until the task that it is summoned for is done and then returns to its rightful owner.

Insulator
  An angel who is an Insulator is immune to damage from electricity; the energy is redirected into one of the many electrical storms or auroral displays that are constantly occurring across the Earth.  The angel can grant this immunity to a single additional person at a touch, but only for as long as she maintains contact.

Multitasking
  Jeanites often work under enough deadline pressure that they wish for the ability to perform several operations at once.  An angel with Multitasking can perform (Ethereal Forces + 1) activities at the same time with no distraction penalties; he can hold one conversation while listening to another, write a letter in longhand while typing on his computer, etc.  Each task must either be purely mental in nature or be something that the angel can accomplish using only one limb.  This Attunement does not apply to combat and doesn’t allow the angel to move any faster; he simply gains the ability to coordinate multiple actions at normal speed.
  Multitasking angels can also employ parallel processing in order to perform calculations in less time.  Divide the time required to solve any complex equation by the number of actions that the angel can perform at once.
