IN> Discord: Bound

I recently started an In Nomine game (we made characters yesterday).  The Calabite decided to select Bound as his Discord.  I have the 1st edition book, and going through the errata, I don't find anything specific about it.  If I'm reading it correctly, he subtracts the level of his Discord from his Will roll to assume Celestial form, and can't descend to Hell at all.  Does this prevent him from entering the Marches?
