:nod: I'd probably allow it, on the basis that the player shouldn't be
penalized for good characterization.  OTOH, these days I tend to shy
away from point-buy character design whenever I can; I'm fortunate to
have a group that builds characters to concept, and charging points
for things is more of a hindrance than a help. As such, my opinion
probably isn't worth much on this matter.
