An intriguing notion. Seraph of Flowers is certainly a very active,
forceful attunement. Many angels would see it as a hindrance in some
cases; the Seraph usually doesn't. This one, I can see it.
Now, more angels might object to a widespread imposition of mind
control. Cherubim of the Wind, in particular, might want to leave a
human charge some free will. (If I were Janus, though, I'd probably
leave such a Cherub with the restriction of Attuning to only one human
at once.)
I don't see any other Choirs for which it strikes me that the
Attunement might be objectionable, unless the angel were dispirited
with the Archangel's Word in general ("Boss, I really hate seeing
people's guilt written on their faces all the time." "You're not
really a judgmental soul, are you." "I suppose not."). And Demon
Princes aren't exactly the kind of being to make that request of.
