I don't have access to my copy of the rules, either, but if your
supposition is correct, that would go a long way towards who
Hemriok'sq chose to serve under. Making him aware of that, and just
how much they wanted him to be safe and well as well as helping him
make others well would go a long way towards making him feel safe with
Flowers, too.
