Just saw Equilibrium. I know, I'm behind the times, but who says
inspiration can't strike the late comer?

Servitor Attunement of War

Gun Kata

Occasionally, Michael will sit through human cinema; just as seldom
(or as frequently, depending on how you view it), such things inspire
him. Unlike most Attunements, it must be studied first before Michael
grants it, and the angel must already possess Michael's Proficiency
attuenment with a focus on guns. Blessed souls have studied for as
little as four years and grasped the principles to Michael's
satisfaction; there are angels in his service who've studied for five
yet he does not feel they are ready for such enlightenment. As much a
study of statistics and trajectory as defense and marksmanship, Gun
Kata decreases the chance of being shot while markedly--up to
120%--improving the aim and speed of the practitioner. The fully
initiated practitioner of Gun Kata may spend a point of Essence and
apply its Dodge rating to avoid getting shot. Two points of Essence
will double the effective Dodge rating. Three points of Essence allows
the individual--there are already a few score Saints looking to make a
difference on earth with this ability--to make multiple Ranged Weapon
(firearm) attacks up to the angel's Ethereal Forces per turn. Four
Essence adds four to the Target Number of any Ranged Weapon (firearms)
rolls as well as to the Check Digit of any successful hits. All of
these effects function for the duration of a scene. Demons and
Hellsworn beware.

---------
Relic Ammo Clip

To maximize the potential for carnage a Gun Kata practitioner might
display, Michael commisioned these relic ammunition magazines. One
simply loads the bullets into the magazine, spends a point of Essence,
and then feeds the magazine into the pistol or rifle in question. This
action cannot be rushed. Once the gun needs to be drawn and fired,
another point of Essence must be spent, and the gun will not run dry
for the duration of a scene. The angel may holster, but not relinquish
into another's custody, their firearm, or this relic will not
function. Hell has had similar relics for much longer, produced by
both The War and Technology, and while The War's do not require an
additional point of Essence to use, they are at -1 to Accuracy.
Technology has produced clips with enhance the ammunition (+2 to
Damage) but do not function as reliably as War's or The War's (the
effect ends as soon as a demon gets a CD of 1 on the Ranged Weapons
roll. Baal has outfitted favored troops with these relics since
Prohibition, leading some to think a Thompson gun holds more than 50
rounds.
